Where we ship
We currently deliver to all member states of the European Union. We do not ship outside the EU at this time. If your country is not shown at checkout, we cannot deliver there yet.

Shipping costs
Standard shipping: EUR 4.95 per order, including VAT.
Free shipping: on orders of EUR 99.00 or more.
The shipping cost that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you place it.

Processing and delivery times
We process orders on business days. Orders are usually handed over to the carrier within one to two business days of your order confirmation. Delivery normally takes 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at the delivery address.

These are typical times, not guaranteed dates. If we can see that an order will take noticeably longer, we will notify you.

How your order is shipped
Our products are stored and dispatched from fulfilment centres inside the European Union. We use Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment for storage and dispatch. Because the goods are already inside the EU, no customs duties or import charges apply to deliveries within the EU.

Availability
If an item is not in stock in the fulfilment centre serving your country, it is shown as unavailable there. We do not ship across the EU customs border.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you receive an email with a tracking link.

Risk of loss
For consumers, the risk of loss or damage passes to you when the goods are handed over to you or to a person you have named to receive them. Until then, the risk is ours.

If something goes wrong
If your parcel does not arrive, arrives damaged, or is incomplete, write to info@homellence.com with your order number. We will look into it and sort it out with you.
