Telescopic Rack - Assembly Video
Select Rod Combination
Measure the ceiling height and select the correct combination from the table. Lay the poles from A (top) via B/C to D (bottom) flat on the floor. The rubberized ends of A and D form the contact points with the ceiling and floor; the middle rods are placed between them so that they can be connected according to their shape (Step 3) after the brackets have been attached (Step 2).
Prepare Brackets (E)
Open the brackets (E) and check the orientation: the round screw heads must point upwards when assembled. Tip: Test this beforehand by inserting the hooks of a basket (F) into the bracket from above. Now slide the brackets over the ends of the middle rods to the desired position.
Assembly & Basket Mounting
Close the brackets by pressing firmly on the middle of the bracket. Connect all rods together until the construction lies stable on the floor. Now hang the baskets (F) into the fixed brackets so that the opening of the bracket faces the respective basket. The exact height of the baskets can still be adjusted later by moving the brackets.
Adjust Telescopic Length
Loosen telescopic rod A by turning it to the left. Pull rod A apart until the total length is 3 cm more than the ceiling height (e.g., ceiling 297 cm → rod 300 cm). This extra length is necessary for the internal spring tension. Secure the exact setting by tightening the upper part of rod A to the right.
Secure:
Now stand the telescopic rack up and press the top end (rod A) at an angle against the ceiling in the desired corner. Now swing the bottom foot (rod D) with force into the corner until the rack is vertical. The internal spring force now secures the rod between the floor and ceiling. Finally, check that the telescopic rack is stable.
