This means your order is stored in and dispatched from a local Amazon fulfillment center within your region. While we process your order immediately, the final delivery performance is powered by Amazon’s world-class logistics infrastructure.

SHIPPING ZONES & DELIVERY TIMES

We dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

  • European Union (Germany, Spain, Italy, France, etc.): 2–5 business days.

  • United Kingdom: 2–4 business days.

  • Other Regions: Delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

NO CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTIES

Because we fulfill orders from local warehouses within the EU and UK, no customs duties or import taxes apply to regional deliveries. The price calculated at checkout is your final price.

REGIONAL AVAILABILITY & STOCK

To ensure the most efficient and duty-free experience, our products are fulfilled based on local availability. If an item is unavailable in your specific region’s warehouse (e.g., the UK or EU), it will be marked as out of stock for that region. We do not currently fulfill orders across the UK/EU customs border to ensure our patrons never encounter unexpected import duties or handling fees.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can monitor your shipment’s progress as it makes its way to your home.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated with precision at checkout based on your specific delivery address and the applicable VAT rate for your region.

DELIVERY TERMS

We partner with premium carriers through the Amazon network to ensure your items are handled with care. Please note that Homellence is not liable for shipping and delivery delays caused by carriers, customs processing (where applicable outside the EU/UK), or events outside our reasonable control. Once the product is transferred to the carrier, the title and risk of loss pass to the customer.
